Structure & Composition
The 4-roll plate bending machine consists of a base, upper and lower rollers, and side rollers. Among them, the upper and lower rollers are used to provide bending force, while the side rollers are used to control the position and shape of the metal material.
Working Principle
Briefly, the 4-roller plate bending machine rolls the metal sheet into the required shape through the curling effect of the upper roller and the lower roller. The adjustment of the side rollers can control the position and shape of the metal material during the bending process.
Rolling capacity
